I found the update by performing a search in the support section of the Web site. I had to download the update directly from the Adobe website and install it manually.
Here's a note more to those who are unable to update in Premiere Pro. I'll have to go post there too I guess that to troubleshoot the guy next door may not get the evaluation or initial installation version to work.
